Successfully litigated a breach of contract and breach of warranty case involving a construction defect claim

Represented several business owners criminally charged with the failure to remit payroll taxes

Represents a large subsidized housing management company in various lawsuits and business matters throughout Pennsylvania

Represents white collar and street crime defendants in criminal jury trials throughout Pennsylvania

Appointed as a Pennsylvania Juvenile Hearing Officer in Lancaster County, involving the Juvenile Act of 42 Pa.C.S.A. 6301, et seq.
